Service Agreement

By booking our cleaning services, you agree to these terms and conditions. NIER Services provides professional cleaning services for residential, commercial, and domestic properties.

Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
• Late cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost
• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments
• Prices are fixed and agreed upon before service commencement
• Additional services requested during cleaning may incur extra charges

Liability and Insurance

NIER Services is fully insured for public liability. We take great care in providing our services, but our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
